As the year winds down, we want to shine a light on the people who've been quietly changing their communities from the inside out. The stories in this video are proof of what happens when the right person steps up at the right time.

This year, we heard from Katie Wargo at Sound of Silence, JoJo & Rachel from A Soldier's Child Foundation, Jerry Van Leun with The Aspen Effect, and Jessie Dennerline at The Utah Parent Center. These are people who saw a need and didn't wait around for someone else to fill it.

They're working in schools, nonprofits, and family organizations - all different spaces, but they share something important: understanding that real change happens when people feel supported enough to show up.
