What products does SignUpGenius Payments support? Once your payments account is active, it works across all prodcuts. You manage everything from one dashboard.
Do I need a Stripe account before I start? No. You create your payments account directly through SignUpGenius. If you already have a Stripe account, you can connect it using the same email address.
When does money reach my account? Your first payout typically arrives within 7 days of the first successful payment. After that, payouts occur on a 2-day rolling basis by default.
What payment methods can participants use? Participants can pay by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Stripe handles the checkout experience, so it's fast and familiar for anyone making a payment.
Is my financial information secure? Yes. All transactions are processed by Stripe using industry-standard encryption and fraud detection. SignUpGenius never stores your banking details directly.
