Can’t remember your password? Did you try your dog’s name? How about your birthday? Keep in mind that passwords need to include the following requirements: at least 8 characters including at least 1 number, 1 symbol, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lower case letter. If you used a great password that no one could guess – even you, no worries!
If you forgot your password, you can locate the Forgot Your Password link on the login page. That will allow you to email yourself a link to reset your password. If you try that link and it says that you never registered, then you may have mistyped your email address when you signed up. If that's the case, contact our support staff and we'll do our best to track down your login info for you.
