Hi Lauren, I am happy to provide the clarification regarding fees incurred for collecting money on your sign up. Your participants will be able to simply pay with a credit or debit card. They do not need an account with WePay. They will be charged a fee equal to 5% of the transaction plus $0.50 per transaction at checkout. This fee is noted as a convenience fee when signing up for items on your sign up. There are no additional fees charged to the creator of the sign up/organizer of the event. Payment is stored in your WePay account and you determine the frequency you'd like to withdraw money collected.

Where does the money go and how do you retrieve it? Are there fees involved for using this feature?
